How to get information

Citizens can seek information from Kerala State Coastal Area Development Corporation Limited by submitting a written request with name, address, contact telephone number and particulars of the information sought. The application may be addressed to the Public Information Officer. In case the reply is not received in time or if the information is not provided, an appeal can be furnished to the Appellate Authority.

Procedure for Seeking Information

1. A request for obtaining information under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Act shall be made to the concerned State Public Information Officer or through the State Assistant Public Information Officer, as the case may be, accompanied by an application fee of rupees ten.
2. The application fee shall be paid in any of the following manners, namely:-
1. By cash remittance against proper receipt in the office of the State Public Information Officer/State Assistant Public Information Officer, as the case may be; or
2. By demand draft/bankers' cheque/pay order payable to Kerala State Coastal Area Development Corporation Private Limited; payable at Trivandrum.
